Success with those New Years Resolutions

I made my resolutions yesterday - like everyone else in the world! Will you keep yours? I am going to try very hard to keep mine this year.

I think that there are several things you can do to be successful with the goals you set. I would like to share them with you.

1 Make sure the goals that you set are really important to you - do the goals match your values? If you set a goal that doesn't match ,you won't make much effort to achieve it,will you?

2 Create a picture in your mind of what the end result of achieving your goal will look like. Make it a very clear and detailed picture.

3 Create a DREAMBOARD that you can look at everyday to keep your goals first and foremost in your mind! Use a large poster board, cut out pictures and words that represent your success at achieving your goals - How will you do it, what will your life look like once you have achieved those goals? Make a collage by gluing those pictures words, phrases on the poster board. use anything you have around your home to add decoration that reminds you of succeeding your goal.

4 Hang up your DREAMBOARD where you will see it everyday.

5 Focus on your goal in positive terms all day long and at night before you go to sleep, see the picture in your mind of success - the picture you created in #2.

6 You get what you think about, so think positively all the time and see yourself as successful, do something every single day to get you closer to your goals. Just one thing will move you closer.
7. Write your goals down, read your goals every morning and say them out loud to your self.
Smile when you do this!
8 If you slip up, don't give up! Get back on track as soon as possible and keep on working!
I created my Kara Vita dreamboard several years ago - I look at it everyday. Today I will put some new pictures on to cover some of those goals that are no longer relevant and I will write down my goals for this year. I will say them out loud and smile while I do it - then I am getting to work.
Anyone want a Kara Vita Facial today????
